Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule: We ship orders from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 week of purchase. Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays and sales events, shipping may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order online and see its current status.

Delivery Issues: If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that your order is delivered to you. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
